The co-owners of the local Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian Real Estate office, Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, brokered the following lease at Ellicott Creek Plaza:
* A 2,777 s/f end unit was rented long term to Green Zone Hydroponics, owned by Scott Yocina, who will be relocating from a much smaller location one mile away. This is one of two locations in Western New York and will be the largest indoor gardening center between here Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Rochester.
