On May 13, the board of directors of Trump Plaza, located on the borough's Upper East Side, celebrated the purchase of its land and end of its land lease by hosting an open house catered by Fresco for top Manhattan brokers. Marc Cooper, board co-president of Trump Plaza, expressed his excitement about this significant new chapter in the history of the building.
