The site will become the company's new headquarters and corporate offices, which were formerly based in Hauppauge. Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial, represented Long Island Industrial while Newmark Knight Grubb Frank represented Chesapeake.
With this new lease signed by Chesapeake, the 96,000 s/f industrial building at 325 Duffy remains fully leased. The multi-tenant property sits on 6.6 acres in close proximity to Hicksville Station, the Long Island Expressway, Northern State and Wantagh Parkways, providing immediate access to all transportation routes.
