Syosset, NY According to Tommy Tsiolis, Long Island Industrial’s director of leasing, ProHEALTH Care Associates will occupy a 25,000 s/f medical office space at 575 Underhill Blvd. Tsiolis represented the landlord, Long Island Industrial, and the tenant.

Previously, ProHEALTH’s pediatric division, Kidfixers, relocated to 575 Underhill Blvd. from another location in the area. As ProHEALTH continues to expand its footprint at 575 Underhill, the practices joining Kidfixers include a primary healthcare practice, OB/GYN, hematologist/oncologist, ENT specialist, and audiologist.

According to Long Island Industrial managing partner, Bruce Federman, ProHEALTH has plans to continue its expansion throughout Long Island Industrial’s portfolio.

“The leasing activity level has increased since the property has undergone a major facelift,” Federman said. “ProHEALTH is among a growing number of medical tenants that have expressed interest in 575 Underhill Blvd., which provides close proximity to North Shore LIJ Hospital.”

In the midst of a comprehensive capital improvements campaign, 575 Underhill features a renovated lobby, a new parking lot, new bathrooms, and an upgraded lighting system. The roof and second floor corridors are currently undergoing renovation.
