New York, NY According to Troutbrook, Ting-Wei Wang has joined the firm as a senior associate of development, further strengthening the company’s development platform and enhancing its ability to execute across a diverse pipeline.
Wang brings a multifaceted background in real estate development, architecture, and construction, with direct experience on large-scale projects exceeding $500 million in combined value. Prior to joining Troutbrook, she served as an architectural designer at Kris Yao Artech in Taipei, where she led zoning and entitlement support, coordinated interdisciplinary consultants, and contributed to project delivery from concept design through construction documentation.
Her earlier roles in interior design and construction engineering reinforced her capabilities in project management, procurement, stakeholder coordination, and financial reporting.
She holds a master of science in real estate development from Columbia University, where she focused on finance, underwriting, leasing analysis, and risk management. She also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in construction management and architectural design from the University of Washington.

In her role as a senior associate, Wang will support all phases of Troutbrook’s development activities, including underwriting, entitlements, design oversight, and construction strategy and execution with team members of the companies construction and site safety personal.
