TRITEC Real Estate Co. hires O’Leary as chief financial officer

Ronkonkoma, NY TRITEC Real Estate Company appointed Michael O’Leary as chief financial officer (CFO). In his role, O’Leary will oversee TRITEC’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to deliver transformative real estate projects across the region.

O’Leary brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, with a proven ability to align strategic vision with disciplined execution.

Before joining TRITEC, O’Leary served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of RXR Realty. Over his 18-year tenure, O’Leary served in several key leadership roles, helping to scale RXR from a $2 billion, 80-person platform into a $20 billion enterprise with more than 500 employees. Appointed CFO in 2020, O’Leary directed financial management, strategic planning, and investor relations. He also established the firm’s Fund Portfolio Management discipline and led teams across capital markets, accounting, and long-term strategic initiatives.

O’Leary began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in the Real Estate Group, where he managed integrated audit engagements for leading real estate, construction, and hospitality companies. 

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
