TRITEC arrange 3,784 s/f lease to Crown Advertising at 135 Engineers Road

East Setauket, NY According to TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., Crown Advertising has signed a lease for 3,784 s/f of office space at 135 Engineers Rd., a 55,000 s/f office building, part of TRITEC’s portfolio in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. With the addition of the Crown Advertising lease 135 Engineers Rd. is fully occupied.

Crown Advertising is a marketing agency with services that range from traditional advertising techniques to the latest in multiplatform marketing, social networking and web strategies.

Scott Berfas of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Crown advertising in the transaction, and  Daniel Oliver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented 135 Engineers and TRITEC. Crown Advertising will take occupancy of the space this November.

In January of 2002, TRITEC acquired 135 Engineers Rd., a 65,000 s/f industrial building. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as office space. The building features a high-end common area spaces that include a stunning round core and granite counter tops in the rest rooms.
