Tri State Commercial and Ripco complete 3,100 s/f for Orangetheory Fitness

Brooklyn, NY According to Tri State Commercial, Orangetheory Fitness has signed a 15-year lease for 3,100 s/f  at 284 Prospect Park West in the Park Slope neighborhood.

Chandler Slate and Avi Akiva of Tri State represented the landlord, Superior Realty Group, while Craig Gelberg of Ripco Real Estate acted on behalf of the tenant.

Asking rents for this property are $65 per s/f.

This will be Orangetheory’s sixth location in the borough, and plans to open within eight months.

Located near the F, G trains at the 15th St-Prospect Park station. In close proximity to the B61, B67, B69 bus service. Neighboring national retailers include HSBC, Five Guys, and Capital One.

The fitness concept runs one-hour workout classes which are guided by coaches and combines science, known as the “Orange Zone,” and technology to compose a fitness plan/diet catered specifically for its clients.
