Tri State Commercial Realty secures 6,500 s/f lease
Brooklyn, NY Tri State Commercial Realty, a commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm, has closed a 6,500 s/f lease for All My Children Daycare & Nursery School, an early childhood center.
Brokered by Fredy Halabi and Avi Akiva, the space is located at 800 Empire Blvd. in the Crown Heights neighborhood. The asking rent was $35 per s/f.
All My Children Daycare has over a dozen locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.
