Tomasulo and Cuddy of CBRE broker 28,000 s/f lease

According to CBRE, WestMed Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group medical practice, has committed to 28,000 s/f of medical office space at 171 Huguenot Ave. CBRE's Frank Tomasulo, senior vice president, represented the tenant, WestMed, and CBRE's William Cuddy, Jr., executive vice president, and Budd Wiesenberg, vice president, represented ownership, Silwis, LLC. WestMed plans to occupy its new facility in early 2012. "In choosing 171 Huguenot Ave., WestMed, one of Westchester County's fastest growing entities, is making a significant investment in New Rochelle that will serve the surrounding community for years to come," said. Tomasulo. Wiesenberg said, "Ownership at 171 Huguenot seized the opportunity to convert its traditional office building to a high-quality, modern medical facility to meet the demands of sophisticated medical practices like WestMed. This is a trend we have seen evolve over the past few years within the Westchester County landlord and medical user market, as well as other suburban markets across the Tri-State region."
