The Kensington, a new assisted living and memory care residence, held an Open House on March 5 at its new model residences. Located on Maple Ave., The Kensington features suites on five floors, with a total of 87 suites and room for 105 residents. The Kensington will be licensed by the state as an "enhanced assisted living" facility which means residents will be able to age in place with licensed nursing care available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Two of the five floors will be reserved for those with memory impairment.
