Realty Foundation of NY salutes Larry Silverstein on Thursday, April 18th. The industry gathered at the Waldorf=Astoria to applaud him for his dedication and leadership. Silverstein, a chairman emeritus of the foundation, led the board of directors for 14 years. Jerry Cohen, chairman, and Dale Hemmerdinger, president, presented Silverstein with "silver shoes" and some crazy socks to go with his new shoes! A grand time was had by all.
