Thru the Lens: NYSBA Event

For a second time at a sold-out session, moderator Nancy Ann Connery, Schoeman, Updike & Kaufman, LLP and panelists Kenneth Block, Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt, LLP and Brian Lustbader, Mazur, Carp & Rubin, P.C. presented the NYSBA Real Property Law section's recently released "Introduction of Owner's Rider to Standard Form of Owner/Contractor Agreement" to a roomful of real estate and construction attorneys. Focusing on smaller construction projects, such as apartment and common area renovations, it standardizes agreements with contractors in more efficient and transparent ways, better protecting consumers.
