And the winner is ... CBRE! Russ Kempf, Joe Walsh, and Greg Maurer-Hollaender led the brokerage to victory in the 2012 Empire State Building Run-Up: Brokers' Challenge. Individual male and female winners were Myles Fennon of Cushman & Wakefield and Elizabeth Rybas of Cassidy Turley, who ascended the 1,576 steps of the World's Most Famous Office Building with times of 13:38 and 19:12, respectively.
