Thompson of CB Commercial completes 2 leases totaling 14,473 s/f

Lois Thompson, broker associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial has been busy helping her clients find new spaces in Nassau County. She recently leased 10,673 s/f of office/warehouse space on Dupont St. to the Fitness Source of New York, LLC. They are are the tri-state's largest and oldest manufacturer-certified fitness equipment repair company. They have 10 years of offering the best in pre-owned commercial fitness equipment throughout the U.S. In addition, she assisted a metal fabrication and signage company in acquiring a 5 year lease for a free standing 3,800 s/f office/warehouse space on Garden St. in Westury. The firm is expanding and moving from their current location on the South Shore to be closer to the Long Island Expressway. Lois has been in real estate for over 25 years and has been one of Coldwell Bankers top producers.
