The Staubach Company's N.Y. office assisted Hulu LLC with a new three-year lease for 2,110 s/f at 276 Fifth Ave. Hulu will occupy part of the fourth floor in the building, owned by Winoker. The company will utilize space to house its growing east coast sales operations and for general office functions. Eric Thomas, director with Staubach's N.Y., office led negotiations on behalf of Hulu. Winoker was represented in-house by Elliot Klein. Tags:
