Thomann of Thomann Asphalt acquires 28-unit complex for $1.165 million
According to Kevin Thomann, owner of Thomann Asphalt Paving Co., he has acquired a 28-unit apartment complex at 2245-2268 Clinton St. through Morningstar Apts LLC. The two-story garden-style complex is located on 2.2 acres and totals 16,128 s/f.
Thomann purchased Morningstar Apartments from Raymond Bova for $1.165 million, according to public records.
The complex was built in 1974, and consists of one and two bedroom units. The property is nearly 100% occupied.
Thomann also currently owns two other investment properties: Linda Lane and Georgian Lane apartment complexes.
