Theriault of Hunt Commercial Real Estate sells former Lutheran Church Home of Buffalo
The building that formerly housed the Lutheran Church Home of Buffalo was sold. Located at 217 East Delavan Ave., the property, built in 1906, was used for many years as an assisted living facility. The purchasers, which include, William Paladino, president and CEO of Ellicott Development Co, are still evaluating plans for redeveloping the property. "The property has a lot of good infrastructure and we like its proximity to Canisius College and Medaille College." said Paladino. The deal was brokered by Jane Munro Theriault of Hunt Commercial Real Estate.
