The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute to hold three CE seminars

Henrietta, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calendar for real estate appraisers again in 2023 for continuing education(CE) with upcoming seminars in April, May and June.

The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.

The April 4, 2023 seminar will be the seven hour “USPAP Update Course” at Hampton Inn & Suites, Rochester. The instructor will be the former national Appraisal Institute president, James Murrett, MAI, SRA.

The May 16, 2023 seminar will be “Inconsistency: It’s Hiding in Plain Sight in Your (Commercial) Appraisal” by entertaining national instructor Vincent Dowling MAI, SRA at Embassy Suites By Hilton, 6646 Old Collamer Rd. South, East Syracuse.

The June 9, 2023 seminar will be the popular seven hour “Case Studies in the Valuation of Upstate NY Real Estate” at Del Lago Resort & Casino, 1133 Rte. 414, Waterloo.
