The Treeline Companies leases 3,166 s/f to Metro PCS

According to Frances Schor, president of The Treeline Companies, an owner and manager of office properties throughout the New York metropolitan region, Metro PCS NY LLC has leased 3,166 s/f at 400 Garden City Plaza, Treeline's commercial office building. Kraig Silver, executive vice president of The Treeline Companies, represented the owner in the transaction. Michael Friedman of In-Line Realty Inc. represented the tenant. 400 Garden City Plaza is a multi-level steel and concrete building totaling 180,000 s/f. The building is located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall, with convenient access to major highways such as the Meadowbrook State Parkway, Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway. 400 Garden City Plaza offers tenants access to a full-service cafeteria, conference facilities, and a concierge service.
