The Roebling Group leases 25,000 s/f to Patina Rentals

Yonkers, NY The Roebling Group brokered a 10-year lease of 25,000 s/f at 16 Harrison Ave. to Patina Rentals. Relocating from the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Patina Rentals selected this site for its affordability and proximity to New York City.

“We’re thrilled to assist Patina Rentals in securing this space,” said Corey Cohen, founder of The Roebling Group.

The landlord, Kimber America, was represented by Paul Adler, Esq. of Rand Commercial.

This lease highlights 16 Harrison Ave.’s location with transportation access and flexible industrial and office features.

Known for infusing style and soul into every project, Patina Rentals will use the space for storage, distribution, a showroom, and office operations. This move supports their continued growth and seamless service to clients.
