The Retail Network to host Spring Networking Event April 22 at Citi Field

A newly-established not-for-profit trade organization, The Retail Network will hold its second event at Citi Field, the new home of the Mets, on Wednesday, April 22. Approximately 400 professionals engaged in the retail real estate industry within the metropolitan New York area are expected to attend. Coming off a very successful inaugural event at the Garden City Hotel, with over 350 attendees, this event will attract retail real estate professionals from all across the New York Metropolitan Area. The cocktail reception will be held in the Excelsior Room from 7 - 11 p.m. Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to various charities. 2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
