The Naftali Group launches sales of Two Ten West 77th Street

Located on the Upper West Side, Two Ten West 77 is an 18-story condominium building with 25 residences, designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and inspired by natural materials and Danish modernism. The new building is situated near Central Park and cultural icons including the American Museum of Natural History and Riverside Park. Clad in hand-formed Danish brick, the façade features Juliet balconies with oversized mahogany windows. Two Ten West 77 is an example of new construction on the Upper West Side. "Two Ten West 77 presented a unique opportunity to innovate architecturally while respecting of the character and beauty of the Upper West Side historic district," said Miki Naftali, founder, chairman, CEO of the Naftali Group. "I'm a big believer in the beauty of natural materials," said Juul-Hansen, whose work includes the interiors at several high profile new developments, luxurious private homes and Michelin star restaurants including Jean Georges. "I believe this gives the architecture and design a timeless quality." The 77th St. residences were conceptualized as expansive half and full floor residences with open layouts. The solid white oak-plank floors highlight the uninterrupted flow of space. Select residences feature fireplaces and private outdoor terraces. Apartments range in size from 2,058-square-feet three-bedrooms to a 5,973 s/f duplex penthouse with outdoor space. The lobby has been designed with a sculptural double-height glass ceiling, custom detailed white oak wall panels and Omani limestone floor. Every residence will be privately accessed by an elevator that opens directly into the residence. The building's hallmark interior characteristics are its large, expansive custom kitchens. Chef-quality kitchens contain Miele appliances, including a speed oven, polished Everest Grey quartzite slab countertops and backsplashes with sleek white- lacquer cabinetry. Cabinets are adorned with custom-made polished chrome handles and accents. "Upper West Side buyers treasure time spent with friends and loved ones at home, and the kitchens are designed perfectly for this type of entertaining," said Dorothy Sexton, building sales director with the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, exclusive selling agent for Two Ten West 77. The master bathrooms are elegantly detailed with Grigio Piove marble, custom wenge wood vanities and Waterworks bathtubs. The dramatic powder room is composed of beautiful polished Marron Imperial marble slabs that form the floor, accent walls and custom carved sink. Two Ten West 77th Street features amenities including a 24-hour doorman/concierge, a roof terrace, fitness center, bicycle storage and more. In addition to acclaimed cultural destinations, residents are conveniently located to Equinox, Soul Cycle and Pure Yoga; eateries such as Ouest, Spiga and Telepan, and gourmet markets including Citarella, Fairway and Zabars.
