The Marketing Directors named exclusive sales and marketing agents for The Accolade in Staten Island

The Marketing Directors, a leading, national development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders, was named the exclusive sales and marketing agent at The Accolade, a new luxury residential condominium development located 90 Bay Street Landing in Staten Island. This is the third consecutive assignment for The Marketing Directors with The Accolade's developer, Meadow Partners. On the heels of its successful sales campaign at the neighboring The Pointe condominium and the fast-paced lease up of Crescent Club in Long Island City, Meadow Partners once again turned to The Marketing Directors to spearhead a creative marketing and sales campaign that features the building's first rate finishes, comprehensive amenities, and the opportunity for immediate occupancy. "We are excited to have The Marketing Directors on board to handle the sales campaign for The Accolade," said Andrew Till, VP, asset management of Meadow Partners. "Their team did a tremendous job with our sister development, The Pointe. They were a natural choice, given their knowledge and experience of the neighborhood, the development and buyers looking for this unparalleled offering in Staten Island. We are confident they will have great success again." Offering buyers the only luxury new construction opportunity in the prestigious gated Bay Street Landing, The Accolade will feature studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with top of the line amenities. The building features a comprehensive lifestyle amenity package including residents' lounge with fireplace, billiards, bar, and catering kitchen, golf simulator, screening room, children's playroom, pet spa and gym. Homes will feature breathtaking water and Manhattan skyline views, high ceilings, washer/dryers and hardwood floors throughout. Residences boast kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Cesar stone countertops and custom wood cabinetry. Finishes in the bathrooms include custom vanities with marble top, stone walls and floors and Kohler and Hansgrohe fixtures. "We are proud to be awarded this new assignment, and work with such well-regarded developers as Meadow Partners on its newest condominium development. Our successful collaboration on The Pointe, and the demand for high-quality homes in this area, makes us very excited about beginning the sales campaign at The Accolade," said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. The Marketing Directors is currently serving as exclusive rental agent on numerous properties throughout Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, New Jersey's gold coast and central New Jersey. In addition, the firm is currently directing sales at prestigious condominium properties throughout the Metropolitan New York region.

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
