The Long Island Development Corp. finances over 105,000 s/f in Suffolk County

The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) financed over 105,000 s/f of commercial real estate as part of total funding for qualified small business projects in Suffolk County, N.Y. LIDC financed Liberty Moving & Storage. The project will create 30 new jobs. They received a $1.5 million SBA 504 loan as part of an $8,769,770 financing package. Their new location of 65,000 s/f will consolidate their three previous locations into one and is located at Moreland Rd., Commack, N.Y. Carmine Fabio Sr. VP lending financed Circle Lubricants, Inc. They received a $1.5 million SBA 504 loan as part of a $4,168,705 financing package to purchase a 2.5 acre parcel of land and a 40,000 s/f building located at 35 Drexel Dr., Bay Shore, N.Y.
