The Goldstein Group brokers 13,000 s/f lease to Urge Fitness in N.J.

According to president Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group, Urge Fitness has signed a lease for a new 13,000 s/f exercise facility to be developed in the Ewing Square Shopping Center, located at 968 Parkway Ave. "At Urge Fitness, members can workout any time of the day or night, every day of the year," said Director Shayne Michaelis of Urge Fitness. "Members use a security-access key to enter the club 24/7/365. Once inside, they have full access to all of the facility's state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Group classes, childcare, and a juice and smoothie bar are also available during scheduled hours." "We are delighted that Urge Fitness has chosen to locate in Ewing Square Shopping Center, a prime retail neighborhood shopping center. The health club will complement our roster of retail tenants and continue to position this shopping center as one of the best to shop at in the area," said Lanyard. "We believe Urge Fitness will attract its members by tapping into the strong demographics surrounding the location."
