The Feil Organization renews Gruber Palumberi at 7 Penn Pl.

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization renewed Gruber Palumberi Raffaele Fried, PC’s 8,383 s/f lease at 7 Penn Pl. for an additional eight years.

Feil was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Kyle Young and Henry Korzec. Gruber Palumberi Raffaele Fried PC was represented by David Kahane of DAK Commercial Realty.

“We are pleased to continue our longstanding partnership with Gruber Palumberi Raffaele Fried at 7 Penn Pl.,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at The Feil Organization.
