The Feil Organization negotiates two leases at Whitestone Plaza

Queens, NY According to The Feil Organization, Whitestone Plaza is fully leased following two new leases. Beechhurst Executive Suites has renewed its 6,936 s/f space on the entire second floor for 10 years, and The Smilist Dental expanded its footprint from 1,875 s/f to 4,480 s/f for an additional 10 years.

Located at the intersection of 10th Ave. and 154th St. in northern Queens, Whitestone Plaza is a 62,000 s/f urban community shopping center. Notable tenants include CVS and North Shore Farms supermarket, alongside an array of local and essential businesses. It is located by major roadways including the Cross Island Pkwy., I-295 and I-678.

Beechhurst Executive Suites and The Smilist Dental represented themselves and Randall Briskin, vice president of retail leasing at the Feil Organization, represented Feil in the transactions.

“We’re thrilled to continue our relationship with Beechhurst Executive Suites and be able to support The Smilist Dental’s expansion, which is a testament to the relationship we at Feil have with our tenants and the community,” said Randall Briskin, vice president of retail leasing at the Feil Organization. “Whitestone Plaza is the preeminent shopping destination in Whitestone and northern Queens at large. We’re excited to be fully leased and continue offering essential, well-established retail options for the community to enjoy.”
