The Dagar Group brings Tesla Supercharger station to Fishkill; Livshin of Dagar is property’s managing agent

Fishkill, NY According to The Dagar Group, there is something new coming to the Hudson Valley Towne Center, at 18 Westage Dr. Located at the intersection of Rte. 9 and I-84, Tesla will be joining Regal Cinema, Chipotle, Five Guys, Famous Footwear, GH Bass, Dunkin, Charlie Browns Fresh Grille, Boston Market, Boutique Wines & Liquor and other businesses at the property. This addition will include installing 12 Tesla Supercharger stations utilizing V3 technology.

“We are very pleased to have Tesla adding these new stations to the property which will be an enhancement and benefit to our local customers and travelers passing through Dutchess County,” according to David Livshin, president/CEO of The Dagar Group Ltd., and the managing agent for the property. “We offer so many amenities where people can stop, charge their Tesla and also eat and shop at the various businesses.”

“We are very pleased to share that Fishkill will be a new charging site in the Tesla Supercharger network,” Bob LaColla, town supervisor said.  “Representatives from Tesla came in last year to give us an overview of the plan and we were able to work with them to complete the necessary review and approvals. Locating the stations here, at the crossroads of the Hudson Valley in Fishkill, is the type of private-sector green initiative we like to see.”

The Hudson Valley Towne Center is part of the 95-acre Westage Business Center, which is the home to office complexes, national chain hotels as well as Walmart and Sam’s Club.

Located at a major intersection in Dutchess County, the new Tesla Superchargers help Tesla drivers have a “Quick and seamless experience when traveling long distance,” according to Dutchess County executive Marc Molinaro. “The ongoing expansion of the network ensure that Tesla owners in our area are able to quickly and easily charge their vehicles when they’re not charging at home or work.” Tesla Superchargers let drivers recover up to 180 miles of range in 15 minutes.

Since 2012, Tesla has installed over 14,497 Superchargers across more than 1,636 Supercharger stations globally. Over 99% of the US population is within reach of a Supercharger.

The Fishkill Tesla Supercharger station is scheduled to be completed in spring 2020.
