The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and The Retail Network to present panel discussion May 5th

Melville, NY The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) and The Retail Network (TRN) will present a panel discussion on May 5th on “The Evolution of Retail Space on Long Island.”

The discussion, which will take place in the lower level auditorium at the RXR Executive Center, 58. South Service Rd., begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be preceded by continental breakfast and networking at 9 a.m. The program, free to CIBS broker and associate members and TRN members, will run until 10:45 a.m.

The panel, moderated by Russel Helbling, a VP at Sabre Real Estate Group, will include Joseph Deal, a principal of Bohler Engineering; Jayson SIano, managing principal of the retail space brokerage Sabre Real Estate Group, Robert Sandler, a partner in the Farrell Fritz law firm, and Joshua Rosenkrantz, president-northeast region of Kimco Realty Corp., the largest shopping center REIT in America.
