TF Cornerstone launches marketing of 387 Park Avenue South
TF Cornerstone has launched the marketing of 387 Park Ave. South, a 12-story, 215,000 s/f office building after a large-scale renovation. Located in the Madison Square District, the building's transformation was orchestrated by architectural firm Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects.
387 Park Ave. South features two new building entrances and lobbies, one on Park Ave. South and the other on 27th St. The upgrades also include all new elevators and mechanicals throughout the building, as well as a private, state-of-the-art roof deck with a spacious, 1,700 s/f glass skybox conference facility. In addition to these renovations, the building will boast a new three-story glass façade which will be completed in early 2015.

Full-floor office spaces of 19,000 s/f are available in the building, as well as up to 215,000 s/f of contiguous space. The ground floor retail space spans nearly 12,000 s/f with 3,000 s/f of basement space including wraparound frontage on this highly-trafficked corridor.
387 Park Ave. South is located on the corner of East 27th St. and Park Ave. South, just steps away from Madison Square Park, in a neighborhood alive with sleek bars, spectacular restaurants, and alluring boutiques.
