The N.J. office of FirstService Williams has Michael Tesser as senior managing director. Tesser will play a role in the office leasing division. This strategic hire is also part of the firm's expansion plans.

He has also represented many of the region's largest landlords, including The Andalex Group, Princeton Equities LLC, Ivy Equities, and American Financial Realty Trust.
Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Michael was the assistant VP of leasing at Manhattan-based real estate investment firm, RFR Realty LLC, where he served as the leasing agent of 608 Fifth Ave. and 1328 Broadway in Manhattan.
