TerraCRG expands leasing team, hires Williams

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has continued the growth of its commercial leasing team with the addition of Kyle Williams as director of retail leasing. Williams joins a team led by managing director Peter Schubert, with associate Darlene Lee.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Williams brings a strategic and hands-on approach to tenant and landlord representation, developed through a career spanning investment sales, office and retail leasing, and advisory services along the East Coast.

Before joining TerraCRG, Williams served on the investment sales and retail leasing teams at Lee & Associates, where he represented national buyers and sellers across multiple asset classes, including retail, multifamily, development, net lease, and hospitality. Earlier in his career, Williams was a senior associate at Transwestern in both Washington, D.C. and New York City, focusing on office and retail leasing.

Williams is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Conn.
