Teplick of Centro Properties arranges 2,300 s/f lease
According to Centro Properties Group, a 2,300 s/f lease has been executed with Hudson Heart Association at Monroe ShopRite Plaza, located south of Rte. 17, on Rte. 17M south of the intersection of Rte. 208.
Centro Properties Group is the owner of Monroe ShopRite Plaza and was represented by Steve Teplick, regional VP, leasing, Mid-Atlantic region with Centro Properties Group.
Centro Properties Group has a portfolio of more than 620 properties located across 39 states and aggregates approximately 101 million s/f of gross leasable area.
