Tenenbaum and Rosen of SL Green arrange 18,045 s/f lease to IMG Worldwide at 304 Park Avenue South

New York, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., IMG Worldwide, an international leader in sports, events, media and fashion operating in more than 25 countries, has leased the entire 10th floor covering 18,045 s/f at 304 Park Avenue South. This is IMG’s third expansion within the building over the past two years and increases its total commitment to 112,623 square feet. “We were delighted to again accommodate IMG’s rapid growth and look forward to meeting their needs within our expanding portfolio of Midtown South buildings,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green Realty Corp. "As Midtown South’s largest landlord we are uniquely capable of meeting the space needs of our tenants within such notable buildings as One Madison Avenue, 11 Madison Avenue and 635-41 Avenue of the Americas.” CBRE’s Michael Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Christopher Mansfield and Brian Dooley represented IMG Worldwide, while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen acted on behalf of SL Green in-house.
