Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA) honors its ACE award winners in Las Vegas
The Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA) awarded four members with its third annual A Champion of Excellence (ACE) Award at its annual conference held at The Wynn Las Vegas.
The ACE Awards recognize members who exemplify the vision of TICA and its Code of Ethics. These four prestigious awards are given to a sponsor, broker-dealer, affiliate and registered representative in the industry. These companies and individuals are leaders in the tenant-in-common industry who set their personal standards high, mentor others, push for industry improvement and volunteer their time for the benefit of the industry and members of TICA.
"We are honored to recognize these members with the third annual ACE Awards for their outstanding conduct in the industry and business practices," Patricia DelRosso, TICA president said. "TICA is dedicated to promoting the highest ethical standards to its members."

Registered representative ACE Award winner, Hartness said, "I am proud and honored to receive the ACE Award and would like to thank my wife, Shizuko, my partner, Tim Leahy and my broker-dealer, OMNI Brokerage Inc. for their help and support."
The sponsor company award winner also commented, "It is an incredible honor to receive this year's TICA ACE Award. This award would not be possible without the tireless effort of our team, who consistently implement our companies' core principle of 'Aggressive Service' in interactions with the broker-dealers, the registered reps, and ultimately, and most importantly, to the investors," said Bret Moody of Moody National Companies. "We accept this award with humility, knowing that this award does not signify an end-goal of success, rather it is a reminder that we must continually seek to improve on exceeding the needs and expectations of our investors, the registered reps, and the broker-dealers in the industry."
Established in 2003, TICA was created as a non-profit organization focused on the success of the fractional ownership industry. TICA promotes the highest ethical standards to its members as well as provides education and information to the entire TIC community. Members include attorneys, broker/dealers, financial service providers, lenders, sponsors, qualified intermediaries and registered representatives.
