TAYLOR breaks ground for Choice Hotels
114-room extended stay Everhome Suites

Greece, NY TAYLOR broke ground on Everhome Suites. TAYLOR teamed with a national hospitality developer and Choice Hotels for construction of the four-story, 57,000 s/f, 114-room hotel located at 500 Bellwood Dr. in the Canal Ponds Business Park. Estimated completion is scheduled for mid-2025.

“We are proud to help deliver an Everhome Suites in Upstate New York as part of our exciting new relationship with this national hotel developer and continued relationship with Choice Hotels,” said TAYLOR president, Karl Schuler. “TAYLOR looks forward to building many more with this development team, as they thrive on their ability to bring another highly successful brand to markets that guests in the midscale extended stay segment will love.”

The Everhome Suites brand, franchised by Choice Hotels, allows guests to build life on their terms during longer-term stays. The newly constructed hotels are designed to help maintain routine on the road with apartment-style suites that have fully equipped kitchens and customizable “me” spaces, including workstations, full-size closets, additional storage, and spa-like bathrooms. Properties feature modern and sophisticated public spaces with fitness centers, business centers, libraries, guest laundry facilities and 24/7 self-service marketplaces with a variety of hot and cold breakfast options for purchase.

TAYLOR continues to build on its own hospitality experience throughout Upstate New York and across the country, with recent brand experience including Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn and Suites, and WoodSpring Suites.
