T. Weiss Realty leases 11,000 s/f to Lincoln National Life Insurance Co.

Lincoln National Life Insurance Co., a unit of the Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lincoln Financial Group, has leased 11,000 s/f of office space at T. Weiss Realty's Melville Corporate Center I. The company recently moved into its new quarters in the building, also known as 105 Maxess Rd. "We are excited to bring Lincoln National into Melville Corporate Center I, and we are certain that their employees will enjoy the many benefits of this building including the café, fitness center, atrium, and the convenient location," said Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss Realty, who represented the landlord in-house. Neal Marchesano of Corporate National Realty, Syosset, represented Lincoln National. Lincoln National joins such tenants as New York University/Polytechnic, Estee Lauder Co. and Safeguard Storage Properties LLC as tenants in the 149,000-square-foot building constructed in 2002 and recently renovated.
