Syage of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. completes 3,145 s/f lease for Eastern Industrial Automation

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Eastern Industrial Automation has leased 3,145 s/f of industrial space at 3106 Expressway Drive South. Chuck Syage of Hunt, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord was self-represented. "Eastern Industrial was looking for a Long Island presence in order to extend their services," says Chuck Syage of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. "The unit was the perfect size. It provided just the right configuration of office and warehouse space, included the required loading dock, and was easily accessible to the Long Island Expressway." Founded in 1963, Eastern Industrial Automation offers machinery parts and an industry-leading portfolio of local application, engineering, maintenance services and procurement solutions. They represent more than one thousand leading global manufacturers and supply more than one million specific products to their customers worldwide.
