Melville, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., MDamerica (Garden City, NY) has subleased 3,164 s/f of office space at 225 Broadhollow Rd. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the subtenant and Roger Wooster of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
"The building at 225 Broadhollow Road has the upscale location and amenities that MDamerica sought. They wanted to be located on the Rte. 110 corridor in Melville, and this building was a perfect fit," said Syage.
Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in exclusively representing clients for the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. Hunt Construction Services, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and maintenance services for Long Island companies.
