According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Marathon Agents has leased 1,950 s/f at 147 East Second St. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the landlord, Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc. The tenant was self-represented.

"The tenant was looking to relocate and wanted to stay within Mineola," said Syage. "After seeing this space, the tenant was lured by its efficiency and affordability."
