Syage of Hunt Corp. leases 1,950 s/f to Marathon Agents at 147 East Second Street, Mineola

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Marathon Agents has leased 1,950 s/f at 147 East Second St. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the landlord, Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc. The tenant was self-represented. "The tenant was looking to relocate and wanted to stay within Mineola," said Syage. "After seeing this space, the tenant was lured by its efficiency and affordability." Marathon Agents, Inc. was established in 1980 and is a privately held company based on Long Island. They provide transportation, trucking and railroad consultation services.
