Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Mohsen Pahlavan, MD has purchased a 1,440 s/f office condominium at 1097 Old County Rd. Chuck Syage, associate broker at Hunt, represented the seller, DGN Realty. The buyer was self-represented. The sales price was not disclosed.

“Mohsen Pahlavan, an Internist, who was looking to be in close proximity to Plainview Northwell Hospital, took advantage of the opportunity to purchase the unit along with remaining medical and office equipment as a bonus,” said Syage.
