Syage of Hunt arranges 1,350s/f lease for Recruit & Field in Plainview

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Recruit & Field Inc. has leased 1,350 s/f of office space at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. Chuck Syage of Hunt represented the landlord, Sunnyside Properties, in the lease negotiations. Recruit & Field was represented by Matthew Lenner of The Focus Group. The 14,000 s/f office building at 54 Sunnyside Blvd. is located immediately off the Long Island Expressway. "The building is now fully occupied," said Syage. "Twenty-four hour access and generous parking in front and rear made this an ideal location for Recruit & Field, Inc, as well as all the other tenants that have recently signed leases."
