Sutton & Edwards lease 15,000 s/f to Really Cool Foods in Syosset

Manhattan-based Really Cool Foods will open a 15,000 s/f storage & refrigeration facility. The lease agreement was arranged by one of Long Island's leading commercial real estate services firms, Sutton & Edwards, Inc./TCN Worldwide. The facility, located at 99 Lafayette Dr., will serve as an annex to the wholesale prepared food supplier's main facility on Underhill Blvd. Ted Trias, Tommy Tsiolis and Ken Damiani of Sutton & Edwards represented the landlord, Long Island Industrial Management. Rob Kuppersmith and Marisa Karmitz of Cushman & Wakefield represented Really Cool Foods.
