Sunation holds grand opening of new building; Zere of Zere Real Estate brokered the sale

Ronkonkoma, NY  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the grand opening of Sunation, a residential and commercial solar company.  Sunation purchased a 20,000 s/f commercial property with the help of Marie Zere, Zere Real Estate Services. Financing for the building was secured by Empire National Bank.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
