WeeZee, which is the family nickname of company founder, Louise Weadock, will utilize 15,000 s/f for its programs for children between the ages of 1 and 12.
The remaining 9,000 s/f being leased will become the corporate headquarters of ACCESS Nursing Services, a temporary personnel company founded in 1985 by Louise Weadock, a registered nurse. .
David Walsh, director of asset management for Summit Development, said, "We are pleased to have WeeZee and ACCESS Nursing Services join our roster of tenants. They fit perfectly with Chappaqua Crossing's tenant profile of small and medium-sized companies who are finding our location both attractive and convenient."
Chappaqua Crossing includes 700,000 s/f of prime office space. The building, which formerly served as world headquarters for Readers Digest, is owned by Summit Greenfield Partners. The other tenants are Northern Westchester Hospital (35,000 s/f); Mt. Kisco Medical Group (40,000 s/f); Fiber Media (35,000 s/f) and GSA (6,000 s/f).
