Newburgh, NY Gekay Sales & Service Co., Inc. recently leased 180,000 s/f at 3 Enterprise Dr., a high bay distribution building, David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Co., represented the tenant while Art Ross, SIOR and Lisa Ann Pollakowski of Newmark Knight represented the interests of the landlord, Newburgh Industrial Associates, LLC.

The 3 Enterprise Dr. site is near Stewart International Airport and  features 24’ ceiling heights, 33 loading docks and 38’x 38’ column spacing. The building’s prior use was distribution, making it ideal for a variety of large scale uses. FedEx Ground occupies the balance of the building.

Gekay Sales & Services is a full-service national payment and fountain system repair operation.  Its client base is broad with industries such as beverage bottling, car washes, transit authority, military and financial operations.
