Stribling Marketing Associates names Hayden senior vice president

Stribling Marketing Associates has promoted Benjamin Hayden to senior vice president of research and planning after six years with the firm. He will focus on consulting with developers, equity partners, architects and brokers on pre-development planning and acquisition work, as well as the positioning of projects in the marketplace. He will also continue to conduct research and to provide research materials to his client base. "Benjamin has been a wonderful asset to our firm, and we are thrilled to be able to recognize his accomplishments with this promotion," said Elizabeth Stribling, president of Stribling & Associates. "His expertise in research and planning will continue to give us a new perspective on the real estate market and provide an even higher quality of service to our clients." "Stribling Marketing Associates is known for being a leader in the new developments market," said Hayden, a member of REBNY. "My work is entirely focused on ensuring that my clients and the brokers at Stribling continue to be the most knowledgeable in the market, as well as to forecast real estate trends as much as possible so that our projects continue to perform at the top of the market." Prior to Stribling, Hayden worked for several years in new development marketing at competitive firms. He received a bachelor's degree in economics and history from Tufts University. He also earned a master's degree of urban planning and development at New York University and University College London, and conducted development research abroad in cities such as London, Paris and Shanghai.
