Strauss and Beloff of RKF rep Nicholas Kirkwood in 1,572 s/f retail lease
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) has secured the first U.S. location for designer footwear brand Nicholas Kirkwood at 807 Washington St. in the Meatpacking District. Located between Gansevoort and Horatio Sts., the 1,572 s/f ground-floor boutique is scheduled to open in winter 2012.
RKF VP Joshua Strauss and associate Zachary Beloff completed the transaction on behalf of Nicholas Kirkwood. The landlord, Romanoff Equities, was represented in-house.
