Storage King USA opens on a new 864-unit storage facility

Nanuet, NY Andover Properties, a leading private owner and operator of self-storage facilities, unveiled the grand opening of a storage facility at 7201 Fashion Dr.

Storage King USA Nanuet features 864 units and 90,000 s/f. It was built in 2023, and boasts a newly developed, modern, and secure environment. It features multiple entry points for easy unit access, loading docks to facilitate smooth moves, and a variety of unit sizes to cater to diverse storage needs.

Situated within The Shops at Nanuet, a shopping destination on NY-59, this facility is within a 15-minute or less drive for most residents of Rockland County and the northern part of Bergen County.
